Altus Christian Academy is a private, Christian elementary school offering Pre-Kindergarten for 3 and 4 year olds in addition to Kindergarten - 5th grade.  Plans are in progress to add 6th grade as well.  The school also has an extended care program, summer classes. and after-school tutoring.

ACA has an excellent academic program with high standards for each student and the support needed to help them achieve those standards. Small classes allow for individual attention and learning experiences outside the classroom. Teachers are certified (or have a CDA for the three-year-old program), and, by the pattern of their lives, are godly role models.

We are grateful for the freedom to infuse our curriculum with Christian values and biblical principles, from the Christian heritage of our nation to the God-designed order of our universe. Our discipline plan utilizes the Honorable Character® program which reinforces biblical principles such as honor, responsibility, service, honesty, cooperation, self-control, and attentiveness. We seek to teach our students leadership skills and the art of making good decisions.

Part of ACA’s mission is to “partner with parents.” Our goal is to come alongside parents not only to teach their children the academic disciplines, but also to reinforce the values parents are teaching their children at home.
